- Recently released individuals seeking reintegration support
- Families and support systems of inmates

By enrolling in any course, you agree:
- To use the course for personal growth and rehabilitation purposes
- Not to reproduce or share course materials without written permission
- To engage respectfully with any community features (if enabled)
We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse or misconduct is detected.
3. Consulting Services
Any consulting sessions offered through this platform are confidential and non-legal. We are not legal professionals. Our support is based on rehabilitation, reintegration, and personal development.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:

- Informing us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.
5. Payments & Refunds
Courses may be offered free or for a fee. If paid:
- All payments are final unless otherwise stated
- No refunds will be issued once the course has been accessed

All content, including text, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of Scholastic with B3A and may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the misuse of our content or services.
